HR Manager, M&A Integrations

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe as a Manager, HR M&A Integration. This role will support the rapid pace of M&A activity within the firm and will work closely with the Director of Human Capital to manage the people-side of acquisitions, ensuring smooth employee transitions, cultural alignment, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR due diligence for potential acquisitions, reviewing org structures, benefits, policies, and compliance risks.
• Support the development and execution of HR integration plans for acquired teams.
• Partner with finance, legal, and HR leadership to align compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Act as a point of contact for acquired employees during transition.
• Support change management efforts and communications.
• Assist with cultural integration, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies during transactions.
• Track integration progress, retention, timelines, and other HR-related milestones.
• Provide project management support on high-volume or complex M&A transactions.
• Support development of HR M&A playbooks and scalable integration processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HR experience with exposure to M&A or organizational change.
• Previously supported 1-2 M&A integrations on the buyer side.
• Strong project management skills with ability to work across functions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters professionally.
• Prior experience in the RIA/wealth management industry strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
