Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence. Create engaging, high-quality content (photos/videos/copy) that promotes our services and builds community trust.
- Patient Experience: Greet and welcome patients with a professional, friendly demeanor. Answer phones and manage inquiries as the first point of contact for our practice.
- Administration & Scheduling: Manage patient records and schedules using Eaglesoft, Patient Connect, and Weave.
- Insurance: Verify insurance information and assist with data entry to ensure a seamless administrative workflow.
- Collaborative Support: Act as a team player to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient leaves with a positive experience.

Requirements
