Role Description
This is a full/part-time on-site role based in Irvine, CA, for an Associate/Licensed Mental Health Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, performing case management tasks, and providing support to clients with various mental health needs. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and monitoring client progress toward treatment goals.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Mental Health support, Family Therapy, and Social Work
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse populations, including families and individuals with varied needs
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches
- Ability to maintain documentation that complies with clinical and ethical standards
