Job Description:
- Book new patient appointments.
- Enter patient payments.
- Correct adding patient insurance into electronic patient charts.
- Review patient accounts.
- Process patient registrations.
- Review past due bills and following up on past due accounts.
- Able to work well with other staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle patient records, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Professional language and customer service mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
- Passionate about healthcare excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Medical and Dental billing and calling on benefits preferred.
Schedule:
- Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:45am-4pm and Friday 7:45am-12pm
- Must be local, able to commute daily, and willing to travel to practice locations in Billerica amp; Worcester as needed.

Special Requirements:
- Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
- Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
