Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HRIS Analyst. This person will ensure our system is well maintained with accurate records. Will also do troubleshooting when problems arise, assist with annual Open Enrollment system and benefits EDI file management. Will also assist with onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor / broker management (Paycor, benefits providers)
• Manage EDI file feeds
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure employee data is accurate
• Troubleshoot system problems to include accrual issues, time off policies, workflows, and system malfunctions
• Manage data integrations
• Manage system access, system settings, workflows, etc.
• Take ownership and act as the SME for HRIS related functions from recruiting, to benefits, to payroll, to LMS to onboarding, etc.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years progressive HRIS management experience in a multi-state, multi-location, multi-EIN environment (e.g. MSO)
• Working knowledge of HRIS and benefits enrollment systems, Paycor or Paychex experience heavily preferred
• Solution driven mindset with a passion for understanding the “why” behind system functionality
• Customer service-related disposition and mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (candidate will be considered first):

• In depth experience with PayCor
• Experience with BSwift
• Experience in California and Hawaii
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, day shift
• 3 days onsite / 2 WFH (after initial training period)

Special Requirements:

• Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
• Assisting with patient positioning and movement
• Exposure to a surgical/clinical environment
• Use of PPE and adherence to infection control protocols
• Standing for extended periods
