What You Need to Succeed

• Location & Setup: Based in or near Springfield, MO for a Hybrid schedule (combining remote work with strategic in-person collaboration, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• The Sales Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to build a lucrative, long-term sales career.
• People Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
• Eligibility & Basics: High school diploma or GED equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.
