· Be a People Champion: You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.

· Tech savvy: We utilize the latest technology like Workday, MS Office and are even starting to incorporate AI into our day-to-day work. So, we need someone who is proficient using similar tools and forward thinking on how tech can help create more time to connect with our employees.
· Great Communicator: Your excellent communication skills make you a pro at building relationships and resolving conflicts.
