What We're Looking For:

· Tech savvy: We utilize the latest technology like Workday, MS Office and are even starting to incorporate AI into our day-to-day work. So, we need someone who is proficient using similar tools and forward thinking on how tech can help create more time to connect with our employees.
· Great Communicator: Your excellent communication skills make you a pro at building relationships and resolving conflicts.
· Problem Solver: You love tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions.
· Buckle up: This role is hands-on engaging in-person with team members and employees at our locations across New England - Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
