SUMMARY
The Residential Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned residential programs. Provides strategic oversight of the residential program's subcontractors, operations, budgets and forecasting to ensure achievement of goals and financial metrics. Responsible for ensuring that the residential team provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Works hand in hand with the Director of Residential Services and the Executive Director to ensure coordination and provide oversight as required. Position is required to carry out individual responsibilities with initiative, independence and creativity while exercising sound professional judgement.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Master's degree in counseling or a human service related field.
2. Must have at least 2 years' experience program management and/or non-profit experience.
3. Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience.
4. Must have experience working with mental health and developmentally disabled individuals.
