SUMMARY
Handles incoming calls and inquiries, determines the nature of business, and provides appropriate information to callers. Prepares correspondence, including letters and emails, as requested. Supports officials by managing clerical tasks and minor administrative details, ensuring smooth daily operations. The outpatient clinic provides mental health evaluation, medication management, and therapy services for adults and children. Additionally, our Outpatient Clinic in Warren offers BrainsWay Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) for adults.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Prior experience or training in clerical position required.
