SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant coordinates front desk activities at the Outpatient Clinic, including greeting and directing clients, staff, and visitors, facilitating client check-in, collecting and recording co-payments, scheduling and confirming appointments, tracking no-shows and cancellations, preparing correspondence, and performing other related office duties. The Outpatient Clinic provides mental health evaluations, medication management, and therapy services for adults and children.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.

About Us
