SUMMARY
Schedules and transports clients to assigned appointments and scheduled destinations, documents appointments, and otherwise completes minor administrative and business duties requested by the nursing department.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must have valid driver's license with no traffic violations against their record in the preceding 36 months.
