- support transactions involving equipment, software, connectivity and third-party services;
- advise on issues including service levels, warranties, indemnities, intellectual property, data, cybersecurity and supplier risk;
- manage matters from initial structuring through negotiation and execution;
- work closely with business teams to provide clear, practical advice; and
- help improve contracting processes, templates and playbooks as the business grows.
The person
We would like to speak with lawyers who offer:
- at least 8 years’ relevant experience;
- substantial experience negotiating complex technology, procurement or commercial agreements;
- exposure to a range of software, equipment, connectivity or services arrangements;
- experience supporting the data-centre or renewable-energy sectors would be particularly valuable;
- strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work autonomously; and
- training at a leading law firm and/or relevant in-house experience.
Prior in-house experience would be helpful but is not essential. Lawyers currently working in private practice are encouraged to apply.
This is an opportunity to join a growing business in a broad role offering meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in important commercial matters.
