Job Title: Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist with strong experience in venipuncture, IV therapy, and clinical multitasking. The ideal candidate is confident in blood draws, proficient in administering and preparing IV infusions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may include specialized treatments such as ozone therapy and basic in-house lab testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy while prioritizing patient comfort
- Administer IV therapies, including preparing, mixing, and delivering infusions safely and effectively
- Assist with and/or perform ozone therapy treatments (training can be provided if needed)
- Conduct basic in-house laboratory testing according to established protocols
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, processing, and documentation of specimens
- Maintain strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and clinical standards (including safety, sanitation, and infection control)
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, responding appropriately to any adverse reactions
- Manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage of materials
- Provide a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients
Qualifications:
- Certification in Phlebotomy (required)
- Experience with IV insertion, infusion preparation, and administration (required)
- Experience or familiarity with basic laboratory testing procedures
- Familiarity with ozone therapy or willingness to be trained
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wellness clinics, infusion centers, or integrative medicine settings
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
