Tax Manager - Private Client Services

Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established financial services firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses heavily on estate and trust taxation and requires strong hands-on experience with fiduciary, gift, and estate tax filings, including advanced estate tax work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, trust, gift, estate, and nonprofit tax returns
• Manage high-level trust and estate tax engagements
• Review tax projections and planning strategies
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Conduct tax research and assist with engagement/billing oversight

Qualifications

• 4 years of public accounting experience
• Strong experience with trust, estate, and gift tax returns required
• Direct hands-on Form 706 experience is mandatory
• CPA, EA, or JD required
• Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus
• Candidates should be able to speak to the approximate volume of estate/trust/gift returns handled recently
