Senior Specialist, Supply Chain
Job Title: Sr Specialist – Supply Chain
Location: Hybrid - Cambridge
Remote Flexibility: 2-3 days onsite
some travel may be required commensurate to the above job description and/or to attend team meetings and other events as needed.
PAY $50-65/hr
Contract Term: 6 months to start with possibility to extend
Experience required: 3 years of hands-on logistics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry moving high value clinical and commercial drugs intended for human use.

Searching for a dynamic Contract Associate Manager of Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution to join our growing team. The selected individual will have full exposure to different areas of Logistics and Commercial Distribution and will work with other cross-functional team members. We want someone who is driven to connect to our mission of helping these patient communities. The Contract Associate Manager of Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution will be a key member of our team primarily responsible for supporting commercial distribution shipments into the GCC region; other activities will be assigned as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with international partners.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Logistics and Commercial Distribution team in a wide variety of time-sensitive and challenging projects including and not limited to:
o Shipments into the GCC region (KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar).
o Commercial product launch activities.
o Setup and implementation of new process flows.
o Execution of international bulk and sample shipments between CMOs and regions.
o Customs compliance management.
o US Commercial Distribution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and uninterrupted flow of information.
· Keep detailed records of assigned activities.
· Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other applicable regulations.
· Maintain reports and dashboards in Smartsheet.
Minimum Requirements
· B.S in Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 3 years of hands-on logistics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry moving high value clinical and commercial drugs intended for human use.
· US importation and international shipments experience.
· Impeccable attention to detail and ability to execute and operate to a high standard.
· Demonstrated track record of successful work across organizational boundaries at all levels to create solutions within a regulated environment.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with various tools for data management.
· Experience with continuous improvement methodology preferred.
· Cultural Awareness preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience using Smartsheet is a plus.
· Prior experience of working with Middle East partners preferred.
Work Location:
Location Specific – Hybrid: This role requires some work onsite at our Cambridge Headquarters as needed. Hybrid schedules vary but are generally less than 3 days per week onsite. Regular conversations with manager are encouraged to ensure alignment on in-person presence/expectations. Employees in this role are expected to live within a commutable distance to the office and some travel may be required commensurate to the above job description and/or to attend team meetings and other events as needed.
