Senior Software Developer

We're partnering with a large enterprise organization that is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help drive the evolution of its digital platforms and customer-facing web experiences. This individual will play a key role in modernizing existing applications, shaping future architecture, and leading the development of scalable, cloud-based solutions.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing technical direction while remaining hands-on with development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related technologies
• Building and supporting scalable APIs and backend services within a .NET environment
• Contributing to digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives
• Working with headless CMS and content-driven architectures
• Designing reusable components, integration patterns, and enterprise-level solutions
• Partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Supporting cloud-based applications and CI/CD processes within Azure
• Troubleshooting complex production issues and driving performance improvements
• Mentoring developers and contributing to architectural decisions and development best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development
• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and API-driven applications
• Background developing within .NET/C# environments
• Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
• Exposure to headless CMS platforms, digital experience platforms, or large enterprise web ecosystems
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or similar
• Experience supporting large-scale website modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries

Contract Length: Initial 90-day engagement with strong potential for long-term conversion. Candidates interested in conversion should be open to relocating to Florida in the future.
