Real Estate Closer

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Pre-Closing/Closing Paralegal for an onsite, contract to permanent role with our client in Alpharetta. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience as a real estate paralegal. Essential duties include conducting title searches and reviewing title commitments, coordinating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies, and organizing case files. Additional responsibilities include supporting multiple attorneys and drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
