Quality Assurance Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $19/hr DOE
Type: Fully Onsite | Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Walk the warehouse floor to inspect production and verify product quality.
- Review incoming materials, monitor how products are made, and check them before shipment.
- Complete light paperwork and maintain documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding quality concerns; may attend meetings if issues arise.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable in a warehouse setting and interacting with multiple teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus but not required.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or production environments is helpful but not mandatory.
