Litigation Paralegal

The Las Vegas office of a national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of law firm experience. You will join a successful team and handle a variety of cases from start to finish, including all phases of litigation trial preparation.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research
• Managing calendars and deadlines
• Assisting with discovery processes
• Preparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooks
• Drafting and organizing various legal documents
• Creating and maintaining case chronologies
• Reviewing documents and evidence
• E-filing with courts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software
