Litigation Paralegal

Overview
A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role will support attorneys on complex litigation matters, with a focus on securities litigation, class actions, and federal court matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution.
• Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documentation.
• Coordinate and track discovery, document productions, and records collection.
• Conduct large-scale document review and organize case materials.
• Prepare exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
• Maintain case calendars and monitor court deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.
• Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Perform legal and factual research as needed.
• Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts.
  
  

• 4 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience working within the federal court system.
• Prior experience supporting securities litigation and/or class action matters strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings.
• Experience with large-scale document review and case management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
