Financial Analyst

Job Overview

Beacon Hill is partnering with an established organization seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This role will work closely with business leaders to provide insights that support operational and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses
• Analyze business performance and identify trends
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models
• Support month-end and quarterly reporting processes
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Partner with department leaders on financial planning initiatives
• Develop dashboards and management reporting tools
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting experience is a plus
