Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Manager to lead the company's financial activities and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and strategic support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare timely, accurate financial reports

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

• Manage and guide the administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations

• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between finance, administration, and other departments
