What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer - Electrical Power Systems position at Beacon Hill?

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Sustaining Electrical Engineer to support and optimize medium-voltage electrical power systems within a dynamic, high-performance environment. In this role, you will lead electrical system analysis, audits, and cross-functional engineering initiatives, partnering with design, construction, operations, and R&D teams. Responsibilities include developing electrical specifications and maintenance procedures, monitoring system performance and reliability, managing capacity and utilization trends, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will also support equipment lifecycle planning, troubleshoot system issues, conduct studies (load flow, coordination, arc flash), and collaborate with utility providers to ensure quality power delivery. This position requires hands-on involvement with onsite systems and offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing critical infrastructure.
