Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance team in managing and executing key compliance initiatives. The role focuses on responding to client inquiries, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting internal processes related to training, due diligence, and data governance.
- Respond to client questionnaires and RFIs by analyzing requests, drafting responses, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update a centralized database of compliance responses and documentation
- Track and ensure completion of required employee training, including onboarding and annual programs
- Manage client-specific training requirements, including tracking, delivery, and documentation
- Support third-party due diligence processes, including screening and status tracking
- Monitor and coordinate compliance with client-specific SOPs and ensure appropriate training and documentation
- Perform general administrative support for the Compliance team, including recordkeeping and knowledge management
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years in compliance or professional services preferred
- Paralegal experience or certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project/process management is a plus
- High level of discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
