I’m partnering with a well-established financial institution on a Compliance Analyst opening—ideal for someone early in their compliance career who wants broad, hands-on exposure.
This role supports the full compliance function, including monitoring/testing, regulatory research, audits, and policy/procedure work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews
- Research and interpret consumer compliance regulations
- Help maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with lending, operations, and leadership
What they’re looking for:
- 1 years in compliance, audit, risk, or banking operations
- Exposure to consumer regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, RESPA, UDAAP, etc.) is a plus
