Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper - Rockland, MA

Our client, an established business supplies & equipment company, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. This onsite role is responsible for managing core bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting owners and external partners with reliable financial reporting.


Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and routine account reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis
• Prepare standard financial reports and summaries for internal use
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience working with Sage 100 preferred; other mid-market ERP systems considered!
