Associate to $90K - Client Facing Role!

Our client, a boutique advisory firm, is seeking an Associate to support the execution of senior-level search engagement. This role focuses on engaging with high-caliber professionals, assessing alignment with client needs, and advancing multiple concurrent searches. The ideal candidate brings 2 years of experience in externally facing roles.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: Hybrid

• Responsibilities include building and maintaining pipelines of senior-level candidates through targeted outreach and ongoing relationship management; conducting in-depth conversations to evaluate experience, interest, and overall alignment with client mandates; partnering with internal team members to map target organizations and talent pools; preparing and presenting candidate profiles and market insights to stakeholders; participating in meetings with candidates and clients throughout the search lifecycle; and managing multiple active engagements while ensuring consistent progress and communication.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of experience in a relationship-driven or client-facing environment; strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence; the ability to build credibility with senior professionals over time; excellent organization and prioritization skills; intellectual curiosity with strong judgment in assessing talent; and a proactive, driven approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
