What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Professional position at Beacon Hill?
Accounts Receivable Specialists, Leads and Managers! We're partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader in the automotive parts space seeking an AR professional who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into reconciliations, and helping bring order to a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer accounts and aging reports
- Perform detailed AR reconciliations and research discrepancies
- Resolve billing issues, missing invoices, and outstanding balances
- Support collections efforts and customer communication
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve account issues
- Help improve AR processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in larger, complex organizations
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
