Business Systems Analyst - Medicaid Beacon Hill Staffing Group - Township of Lawrence, NJ $105,000 - $125,000 a year Location: Hybrid Lawrence Township, NJ (3 days/week on site required) Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise initiatives across healthcare operations and government programs. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong techno-functional analyst with experience documenting requirements, managing stakeholders, and working within complex healthcare environments. Position Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Write detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and specifications Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions Perform data analysis and support testing activities throughout the SDLC Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive requirements to completion Support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Assist with issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation Required Skills Senior-level Business Systems Analyst experience Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong SQL and data analysis experience Agile and Waterfall methodology experience Self-directed and capable of working independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong knowledge of Healthcare Processes - ideally Medicaid Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
