Travel & Expense Analyst - Hybrid / Mansfield, MA

Our client, a growing organization within the food service and equipment distribution industry, is seeking a Travel & Expense Analyst to support expense management and reporting functions. This role focuses on analyzing financial activity, supporting compliance efforts, and helping improve operational processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze expense data to support reporting and business insights
• Prepare standard reports and track key performance indicators
• Conduct reviews to ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures
• Support vendor coordination and general operational activities
• Assist with system-related tasks and internal process support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in travel & expense, financial analysis, or a related field
• Experience with Concur required; exposure to similar systems (e.g., Expensify, MOTUS) preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
