Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Operations & Paralegal Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity located in Boston’s Kenmore Square/Fenway area.

This role will support attorneys and the Director of Legal Operations with legal billing and accruals, matter management, contract and NDA support, document administration, records management, and other legal operations projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of in-house legal department experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand beyond a traditional paralegal role and gain broad exposure within a collaborative legal team.

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
