Our client, a event planning organization, is seeking Event Set Up and Product Support for an event on September 2nd & 3rd in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving, unpacking, and organizing materials
- Manage conference room during the event and scanning attendee badges if needed.
- Help prepare event spaces and registration areas, including badge setup and final event preparations.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and functioning smoothly.
About You:
- Must be able to download WhatsApp and other conference app.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
About The Position:
- Wednesday, September 2nd & Thursday, September 3rd
- Must be available from 7:45AM-5:30PM
- $20/hr
- Business professional attire.
