Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys with case management, discovery coordination, trial preparation, and overall litigation workflow.
This role plays a key part in organizing case files, managing deadlines, preparing court filings, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external parties. Based in Washington, D.C., with hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with court rules.
- Coordinate discovery, including document review, production tracking, and deposition preparation.
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case timelines.
- Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness materials, and logistics.
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‐solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Expereince with cite checking and bluebooking
- Comfort working with evolving legal technology platforms and document management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
