Join Our Team as a Dental Office Manager!
We are a beautiful, modern, private dental practice with a positive, professional, and down-to-earth team. We’re looking for a full-time Dental Office Manager who brings great energy, organization, and leadership to our practice. Must be flexible with schedule,
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment schedule and confirming upcoming visits
- Handling patient check-in/out, collecting co-pays, and managing billing statements
- Verifying insurance eligibility, submitting and tracking insurance claims, posting insurance payments onto ledger, depositing checks at bank, and managing appeals for unpaid claims
- Presenting treatment plans and ensuring clear patient communication
- Leadership skills, delegating tasks to staff, training staff
- Prioritising tasks to ensure the most important tasks are done asap
- Getting back to patients via email and phone immediately
- Being able to handle patient and staff conflict, calmly and effectively
- Maintaining accurate patient records and aging reports
- Collaborating closely with the clinical team to support practice goals
- Meeting with doctor on a monthly basis to review revenue and billing reports, and address important matters that need attention and resolution
- Managing morning huddles

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dental office manager experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes
- Proficiency in Dentrix and Dexis A PLUS (willing to train the right person)
- Exceptional organizational and computer skills
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and skill level.
