Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs, located in Brookline, MA. The Personal Trainer will work directly with clients to create and implement customized workout and wellness plans. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, guiding clients through workouts, providing instruction on proper techniques, and offering support to ensure clients meet their fitness goals. Trainers are also expected to engage with members to create a positive and motivating environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- A motivated self-starter with an outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and build positive relationships with clients
- Certification in personal training or related fitness credentials is required
- CPR/AED certification
- The ability to work evenings and weekends
