Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based in Brookline, MA (possible Boston, MA locations available). As a Personal Trainer, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized fitness plans. Your responsibilities will include leading one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, ensuring client safety, and providing guidance on nutrition and overall wellness. You will also support members in achieving their fitness goals and fostering a positive and motivating club environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction with a strong understanding of exercise techniques and fitness programming
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse clients and maintain a positive, supportive demeanor
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification is required
- Experience with group instruction is a plus
- Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle choices is a plus
