- Experience cultivating partnerships with industry, government, and academic stakeholders and representing an organization in public forums.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and research concepts clearly to diverse audiences and support workforce development initiatives.
- Background in agriculture, engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
- Proven capacity to work on-site in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment and to adapt to evolving priorities in sustainable food systems.
