About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. As a key member of our interdisciplinary ICU team, you’ll manage critically ill patients in collaboration with physicians and contribute meaningfully to both clinical care and process improvement.

What You'll Do

Deliver advanced care including assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and procedures in the ICU

Collaborate with physicians and critical care teams to manage both acute and chronic conditions

Educate patients and families, helping them navigate complex medical decisions

Triage, respond to medical emergencies, and manage care continuity across the spectrum

Participate in clinical programs, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary conferences
What You Bring

Education & Certification:
-
RN license (Indiana) Nurse Practitioner certification
-
AGACNP – Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP certification required
-
Master’s degree in Nursing preferred
-
Prescriptive authority or ability to obtain within 6 months

Experience:

2 years in ICU or acute care preferred

Will consider highly qualified new graduates with internship/clinical experience

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration

Adaptability and commitment to patient-centered care

Bilingual skills a plus
