What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Application Analysts responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of business and clinical applications

• Direct ERP application management across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain areas

• Serve as a primary liaison between Information Systems and operational stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy

• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and system optimization

• Ensure best practices in training, security, compliance, and customer support

• Perform hands-on analyst duties and provide technical leadership where needed

Preferred ERP Experience

• PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or Workday – hands-on experience or management of these platforms is strongly desired.

• Familiarity with ERP implementation, configuration, integration, and support in healthcare or complex organizational settings

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years of experience managing application implementation and support projects

• 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of clinical, financial, and/or enterprise business systems

• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable application solutions
