What You’ll Do
-
Lead and mentor a team of Application Analysts responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of business and clinical applications

Direct ERP application management across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain areas

Serve as a primary liaison between Information Systems and operational stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy

Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and system optimization

Ensure best practices in training, security, compliance, and customer support

Perform hands-on analyst duties and provide technical leadership where needed
Preferred ERP Experience

PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or Workday – hands-on experience or management of these platforms is strongly desired.

Familiarity with ERP implementation, configuration, integration, and support in healthcare or complex organizational settings
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience managing application implementation and support projects

1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of clinical, financial, and/or enterprise business systems

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate business needs into scalable application solutions
