What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Technician position at Beacon Group?
BACKGROUND: Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2,000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist the more than two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. POSITION INTRODUCTION: We seek a responsible and detail-oriented individual who will be able to work with a team to maintain an inventory of consumable supplies. This position is located in Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock, order and receive consumable supplies.
- Receive excess equipment and perform technical inspection.
- Coordinate and execute installation Transportation Office shipments.
- Shipping and receiving.
- Cataloguing and posting property into a database.
- Labeling property for accurate tracking.
- Conducting inventories.
- Create and update Supporting and Document files using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Storage management.
- Attend training as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A good working knowledge of supply systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year experience performing the above responsibilities.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
- Must meet Ability One definition of disabled.
WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 07:00 am to 4:00 pm
