NOW HIRING — EPOXY FLOORING INSTALLER
$21–$42/hour based on experience
Beacon Epoxy is a fast-growing epoxy flooring company with 12 years of experience serving the North Shore and Greater Boston. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, hands-on person who takes pride in their work and wants to learn a specialized trade.
Experience in construction, concrete, painting, flooring, carpentry, automotive, landscaping, or other trades? We want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Concrete grinding, surface prep, and cleaning
- Install epoxy coatings and topcoats
- Use grinders, rollers, brushes, and job-site tools
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Work independently and with a team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and lifting 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel throughout the North Shore & Greater Boston
- 1 year of epoxy experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person.
