CNC ProgrammerOverviewWe are seeking a CNC Programmer to support machining operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This role will focus on developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs while working closely with machinists and engineering teams to ensure efficient and accurate production.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations using CAM software such as Mastercam.Set up, test, and validate programs on CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, speeds, and feeds.Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements to create accurate machining programs.Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs directly at the machine when needed.Qualifications3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAM software.Experience programming and supporting CNC milling or turning equipment.Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T principles.
