CNC ProgrammerOverviewWe are seeking a CNC Programmer to support machining operations in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC programs while working closely with machinists and engineering teams to ensure efficient, accurate production of aerospace components.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain CNC programs for machining operations using NX or similar CAM software.Support machining activities by optimizing programs, tooling, and cycle times.Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to create accurate machining programs.Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.Assist in validating and proving out programs on CNC equipment.QualificationsExperience programming CNC equipment in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.Proficiency with NX CAM software.Experience programming CNC lathes strongly preferred.Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and aerospace materials.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
