Position OverviewWe are seeking a CNC Programmer to support an aerospace company by creating and revising CNC programs for 3- to 5-axis machining centers, including lathes and milling. This role supports manufacturing and quality teams by preparing accurate CNC programs and machining processes in accordance with aerospace standards and engineering documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, modify, and maintain CNC programs for 3- to 5-axis machining centers and lathesSupport manufacturing and quality departments with CNC programming, equipment, and process needsPrepare CNC programs from complex engineering drawings and modelsApply GD&T to ensure parts meet design and quality requirementsDesign fixtures and tooling to support machining operationsTroubleshoot CNC programming and machining-related issuesManage multiple programming tasks in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teamsQualificationsProficiency with CAM software requiredNX experience requiredLathe programming experience highly preferredStrong manufacturing and/or machining experienceSolid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex blueprintsFixture and tooling design experiencePost processor development or modification experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
