Entry Level Communications Associate Responsibilities
- Introduce customers to Verizon FiOS services and available promotions through direct communication.
- Explain internet services and solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Verizon FiOS services.
- Assist with account enrollment and ensure accurate customer information.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team sales goals while representing Verizon FiOS professionally.
