Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teller role based in Madison Heights, VA. The Teller will assist members with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and account inquiries, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to security procedures. The role involves providing courteous, professional service at the teller line, answering questions about credit union products and services, and referring members to appropriate team members for more complex needs. The Teller will balance cash drawers daily, resolve routine issues, and support branch operations by following established policies, compliance requirements, and privacy standards. The position requires consistent, reliable attendance and a strong commitment to member service.
