Job Location: Danville, VA (NOT REMOTE)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- The role involves conducting loan interviews and securing the necessary customer information to initiate loan transactions.
- Take mortgage loan applications, analyze data, and solicit new mortgage business.
- Maintain good external relationships and promote the organization’s products and services.

Experience with:
- FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae
- Construction loans
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- NMLS Number.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Valid and current Driver’s License.
