Beacon Clean Co. is a premier facility maintenance and environmental services provider in Southeastern Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Environmental Services Specialist to join our team in Bridgewater.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitization, and aesthetic presentation for our clients. - Hourly Wage: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

- Detailing & Organization: Manage linen rotation, surface detailing, and space organization according to precise company checklists.
- Inventory & Safety Compliance: Monitor asset and supply inventory levels; identify and report facility maintenance requests or safety hazards immediately.
- Client Relations: Represent the Beacon Clean Co. brand with professional decorum, clear communication, and a polished appearance on-site.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently alongside field supervisors and colleagues to consistently meet daily operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial janitorial services, hospitality, or luxury residential cleaning preferred.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including continuous movement, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site in Bridgewater.
