What You'll Do
As an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, you'll provide therapy for a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults (in-person or via telehealth). You'll integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients manage conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions
- Treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Collaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plans
- Deliver culturally competent, client-centered care
- Conduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicated
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy to diverse populations across the lifespan
