A respected partner of Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its growing outpatient team in Tifton, Georgia.
As one of South Georgia's leading psychiatric and counseling centers, our practice provides comprehensive mental health services for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. We are committed to delivering innovative, patient-centered care through both traditional psychiatric treatment and advanced interventional therapies, including Spravato® (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications
Required
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Georgia PMHNP license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Experience treating adult and/or adolescent populations
- Interest or experience in interventional psychiatry, including TMS and Spravato
- New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations may be considered
