What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spravato Coordinator position at Beacon Behavioral Hospital?
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Managing schedules related to Spravato treatments.
- Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients
- Maintaining authorizations for active patients.
- Assisting with patient care and medication ordering from various pharmacies.
- Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc.
- Auditing Spravato Charts as needed
- Assisting with Spravato consults as needed
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Office administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining office organization, managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA
- Takes ownership and demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and ability to think and find answers
- Comfortable communicating with doctors and keeping them on task
- Able to provide feedback to superiors comfortably and professionally
- Displays a "patient first" mentality
- Exemplifies strong work ethic and operates with highest level of integrity in and outside of the office
- Detail oriented
- Physically able to stand on feet for many hours at a time
